Why exhibit virtually?
Unlike past conferences, which were limited to three days in October, this year we’re giving New England librarians a full season of content! That’s right, we’ve thrown out the old conference playbook and have been busy creating a uniquely online conference experience from the ground up. Starting in August, NELA will be hosting a series of half-day virtual events spread across the following four months, which will include a virtual vendor hall and exclusive exhibitor time at each event! We are offering this 8 week series free to our NELA members, so we’re expecting a full house at each event. Vendors will be allocated an hour of vendor exclusive time at each event. That’s right, you’ll be getting 8 hours of virtual exclusive time this year!
Virtual Vendor Options
We ask that all vendors, from LIVE Booth and up, donate a raffle prize worth at least $25. Raffle prizes can be gift cards or vendor services or supplies and will be used as prizes for our Virtual Exhibit Hall Scavenger Hunt to encourage attendees to participate in the Vendor Hall during ALL of our live half-day conferences.
Any vendor may choose to add a Vendor Demo to a LIVE Booth and up – $75 (first come, first serve).
